ChargeTrack is a comprehensive electric vehicle fleet management platform that helps organisations track, reimburse and report on every charge across their EV fleet. We provide an end-to-end solution that captures every charging session — whether at home, work or a public charger — with verified GPS locations, automated kWh calculations and live grid emission factors.
Drivers simply scan a QR code on the charger or their assigned vehicle to instantly log a charge. They can upload electricity bills and odometer photos, and our AI extracts the data and calculates exact reimbursements. Fleet managers get a unified dashboard covering charge activity, location maps, emissions tracking, reimbursement claims, vehicle registration, charger maintenance, FBT logging and full CSV exports for finance and sustainability teams.
